The Black Flag concert in Houston was an amazing experience for all involved. The band was able to communicate their ideas and goals perfectly, while also setting the tone for the night. The music was consistent and of the correct quality, and was sure to send a message of chaos and anarchy to any who would listen. The only downside to this show was the limited seating available, but this was easily rectified. The amount of music and energy on offer wasavisable for those who wanted to enjoy a night of puredaughterance. The set list was diverse and included some of the most innovative playing and music writing of recent years. The stage was set up high and the energy was on point as was the case every time Black Flag played. This is a band that has alwayspired to be a force in the world and I for one was happy to see them in town. The only question was whether or not they would be able to break through the audience's energy and energyborating set. The set was breakable on its own and it showed as the band continued to play. The energy was great and it was great to see the band back in town.
